Personalized items. Each meriza piece is personalized and made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If something is wrong. If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or we made a mistake, contact us and we will make it right, with a replacement or a refund as the situation calls for.

Cancellations. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before production begins.
