Shipping policy

Production time. Every piece is made to order in our Quebec workshop. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping. Shipping is free across Canada. For the United States, shipping is a flat rate of $20 USD per order. Delivery times vary by destination.

US customs. Orders shipped to the United States can, in some cases, be subject to customs duties or carrier handling fees. We do everything we can to keep that from happening: every meriza piece is made in Canada from Canadian wood, and we prepare US shipments to claim duty-free entry under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA/USMCA) whenever it applies. US customs makes the final decision; if a duty or fee is ever charged, it is the buyer's responsibility.
